I am a keen cook; a voracious reader and prolific writer; a Completer-Finisher; a happy Scot. And currently a student, at Abertay University’s (Dundee) MSc in Food Innovation – so the learning goes on.
I live in Newburgh, North Fife, with my partner. Newburgh is a vibrant community and has a wonderful orchard group, where I hope to learn a whole lot more about apples. I’m keen on sustainable food production, healthy and hearty eating and drinking, enough food for all, minimal food waste, and ongoing improvements in Scotland’s food and drink offerings to the world.
I am a Food Hygiene trainer and food writer; and I turn a hand to various food-focused initiatives and events in my neighbourhood. If you would like to hire me, please get in touch!
